Job Summary:
We are seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking pharmacy technician with experience working with PrimeRx pharmacy software to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, communicating with insurance providers and doctors' offices, and processing payments for prescriptions.
Responsibilities:
- Counting or measuring the accurate amount of medications
- Serving customers
- Labeling and organizing filled prescriptions
- Communicating with insurance providers and doctors' offices
- Processing payments for prescriptions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician program (Optional)
- Active pharmacy technician certification (CPhT) (Optional)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Experience working with PrimeRx pharmacy software
