Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Nursing Supervisor to oversee our team of nurses and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for nursing.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor a team of nurses, providing guidance and support as needed
Coordinate patient care and assignments, ensuring adequate staffing and coverage
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to nurses
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Monitor and report on patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement

Requirements:
Current RN licensure in New York
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
