DUTIES
-Greet patients and provide excellent customer service
-Schedule and confirm appointments
-Check in patients and enter information into computer systems
-Communicate with insurance companies and complete authorizations, open claims
-Maintain orderly office environment
-Knowledge of Excel and Word is a must, medical programs
Requirements:
-Previous medical experience preferred
- Fluent in Spanish language
-Must have a friendly personality and the ability to build rapport with patients
-Must have the ability to multi task and take initiative
-Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
The ideal candidate must reside in the Bronx (do not forget your full address in the resume) speak both English and Spanish, and have at least one year of recent and verifiable experience in the field.
