Medical assistant wanted part time - Saturday at the office 9am to 5pm.
The office is located in Park Slope.
I am looking for a friendly, cheerful and organized person.
Familiarity with Practice Fusion and Kareo a plus.
Your responsibilities will include:
- drawing blood, checking blood pressure, doing EKGs and PFTs
-Answering the phone, responding to texts/emails/faxes
-Scheduling patients
-Checking insurances/ collecting all necessary paperwork
-Scanning documents into the electronic medical record
-Prior authorizations
-light cleaning of the office in the end of Saturday.
