Hours:
Wednesday- Friday 8 am-9:30 pm/ 2 positions - 3
12hr day work week
Salary $17-$18/hr
Provide case management services to a caseload of mentally ill, homeless adults.
Assist with obtaining benefits, referrals for treatment, monitoring hygiene and teaching independent living skills
Escorts to housing appointments, and housing placement.
Facilitate weekly psychoeducational group.
