Prime Care is looking for compassionate Home Health Aides with strong patient service skills to work with a variety of patients. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for assisting patients with personal care and activities of daily living and helping to maintain a clean home environment for each patient.

ALL HHA's MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Home Health Aide Certificate
Physical within the past 6 months
PPD/QuantiFERON within the past 3 months
