Your list of documents as required by employer are:
- HHA/PCA certificate (Active)
- Original Identification of authorization to work in the US.
- Original Social Security Card
- Covid Vaccine Card (optional)
- Direct Deposit or Personal void Check (optional)
- 2 Professional reference letters
- Physical form (not older than a year)
