Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for everyone who visits our office. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish/Russian) and have prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting. This is a full time position, some evenings shifts will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor

Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide information regarding services

Coordinate patient check-in and check-out procedures, including collecting co-pays and verifying insurance

Maintain organized and efficient patient records, both digital and paper

Handle patient inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email

Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and medical staff

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and supply management

Conduct brief consultation about offered services and help to apply for a financing (training will be provided)

Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish or Russian (required)

Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling systems)

Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes (preferred)
