We pride ourselves on our patient-centric approach and our dedication to maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Dental Assistant/Front Desk Coordinator.

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic individual who is not only passionate about assisting in dental procedures but also possesses strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities to assist with our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing chair-side assistance while also assisting the office manager at the front desk as needed. While experience in dental assisting is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate for front desk responsibilities. However, a high level of organization, articulation, and proficiency in email communication is essential.

Responsibilities:

· Assist dentists and other dental assistants during dental procedures, including preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking x-rays and providing chair-side support.

· Welcome patients to the practice and manage patient appointments, including scheduling and confirming appointments.

· Handle patient inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email, providing excellent customer service.

· Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dental practice environment.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in dental assisting preferred.

· Previous experience in dental assisting required.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.

· Friendly demeanor and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
