What You’ll Do

As our Wound Care Account Manager, you’ll be the friendly face and strategic partner for nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, and post-acute care centers. You’ll open doors, foster lasting relationships, and help bring our clinical expertise where it’s needed most.

Your Day-to-Day:

Develop and maintain partnerships with long-term care facilities in your region

Educate administrators and nursing staff on our wound care services and grafting programs

Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient care planning and ensure smooth onboarding

Track referrals, follow up on outcomes, and keep the pipeline strong

Represent Gesture at conferences, events, and facility meetings (yes, you’ll be the face of the brand!)

Who You Are:

You love building relationships, not just contacts

You're a confident communicator who can speak to both clinicians and administrators

You’re self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

You have a genuine interest in healthcare innovation and helping people heal

You thrive in fast-paced, mission-driven environments

Must-Haves:

2+ years experience in healthcare sales, account management, or provider relations

Solid understanding of wound care, post-acute settings, or DME/home health is a huge plus

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory (not mandatory)

Tech-savvy: CRM, email, and mobile-friendly
