Skills Desired:- 7-10 years of experience in planning, strategic planning, consulting, or related communications experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in technology; experience in government technology preferred.
- Sharp analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decision making
- Skilled in designing performance metrics including strategic and operational KPIs
- Prior data collection and analysis experience
- Facilitate the development of the IT strategic direction
- Support oversight & execution of strategic plan activities
- Establish performance measurement model for IT divisions
- Update IT service offerings to align with business needs
