Legal Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a high-volume Italian restaurant in NYC
Customer Service: Exceptional guest service skills with the ability to build rapport and create memorable dining experiences
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
POS Systems: Proficient in Toast POS or comparable point-of-sale systems
Tray Service: Must be experienced with tray service for both food and beverages
Fast-Paced Environment: Able to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards
Multitasking: Strong ability to manage multiple tables and responsibilities efficiently
Teamwork: Positive attitude, professional manners, and a cooperative, team-oriented mindset
Attention to Detail: Consistently accurate with orders and attentive to guest needs
