Upscale Wine Bar is seeking a lead line cook & a PM line cook to round out our kitchen team.
Our Ideal Candidate Will:
Have great time management skills
Be honest and dependable
Can follow recipes & directions as given by the Executive Chef
Work well under pressure
Take pride in what they do
Be a clean & efficient worker
Have the ability to multi-task & stay focused
Can work all stations in the kitchen
Have a minimum of 4-5 years of culinary experience on the line and in prep in a mid-upscale restaurant or bar
Self-motivated with a high energy level
NYC Food Protection Certificate is required
Ability to lift and move up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
Available for weekends & holidays.
