UPSCALE LOUNGE and fine dining restaurant is looking for an experienced, knowledgeable and enthusiastic bartender part time (FRIDAY, SATURDAY- is a MUST).
We seek candidates with fine dining experience and excellent interpersonal skills, as well as a proven dedication to both the art and business of hospitality. Must be able to multi task and pay attention to details. Ideal candidate has good energy, a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Candidates should:
Be extremely organized and matriculate
Have strong beverage and craft cocktail knowledge
Have strong Sake, Wine and Liquor knowledge
Be very Creative
Ability to train and educate
Have some management experience and inventory knowledge
Very outgoing and personable
Have both bar and serving experience
Able to handle high volume and sometime hectic work environment
