We are two life-long friends with a combined 30 years’ hospitality experience. Our beautiful Modern Mexican concept is located in the heart of the Financial District. The venue features two floors, 4.7k ft, 145 seats, 2 grand bars, PDR and plenty of event space. We are looking to add to our burgeoning team of energetic individuals.
We are looking for a team player who takes pride in their work ethic and attention to detail. A strong personality and the ability and desire to hustle is essential. Pooled house with well-trained professional staff who hold each other accountable.
A few notes about the kind of person we’re looking for:
COMPETENCIES/PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Must have 5-Years minimum experience as a NYC bartender
Have a strong understanding of spirits; bonus for agave related knowledge (300+ Mezcals)
Keep a Sunday night bar full of regulars engaged, happy and coming back to see your awesomeness!
Bring a creative touch, and identify opportunities to improve the bar program
Must demonstrates a guest first mindset, placing a high priority on the guest experience
Work well with others; building mutual respect, confidence, and trust in relationships
Keep an organized and spotless bar, setting a strong team example
Take ownership of all areas of the operation
A good sense of humor about oneself, one’s mistakes, and life in general go a long way. We encourage you to express and revel your humanness, learn from mistakes, lighten up, relax and most importantly have fun.
