SUMMARY

The Manager is responsible for aiding in the management of daily operations of the establishment. This includes administrative duties, reconciling sales and miscellaneous finance entries, staff and guest interactions, and inventory.

GENERAL

Oversee and manage all areas of establishment while in service, and work with the GM on final decisions regarding guest services and facilities.

Reconcile and balance inventory.

Assist in making policy suggestions and changes once approved.

Oversee operations supply ordering

FINANCIAL

Adhere to standards of service to maintain company goals of increasing sales and minimizing costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs.

Responsible for ensuring that all financial (invoices, reporting, sales) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Additional duties Include but not are not limited to:

Being on the floor and assisting staff during service as needed (bartending, running, bussing). Monitor staff behavior during shifts. Be aware of when breaks are being taken.

Meet with security when they arrive to address any issues.

Instruct security when something needs attention.

Instruct staff when something needs attention.

Adjusting furniture, lights, assuring cleanliness throughout the night. Check bathrooms.

Defusing customer problems, answering questions.

Communicate any floor needs via End-of-Day (EOD) Email

Attend to any party needs

Ensure overall consistency of service from bar, floor, and kitchen

$1200/wk (salary) to start with 2 weeks paid time off accrued through the first year of service.
