Intimate neighborhood restaurant is seeking a dynamic line cook to join our small team. This position offers a share in the tip pool and requires some participation in service. Our bistro-style menu is seasonally driven with thoughtful preparations of fresh, quality ingredients.
Ideal candidates have experience working garde manger and shucking oysters. Some food running and grill assistance is also necessary in our tiny space.
The hourly wage is $20 plus tips (we guarantee $25/hour after tips.) We offer a set schedule of Wednesday - Saturday, 3pm - Close. We will prioritize experienced candidates who can take all four shifts. Please send us your resume along with a brief introduction and your availability.
