We are seeking a Bartender to join our team. Qualified candidate will be provided with a bar, all supplies, an POS system and all the supplies needed to best assist you in your work. Our venue is located in Midtown Manhattan - 5th Avenue. No experience is required to apply. We will guide the right applicant. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel to the city and shall be responsible for learning the menu and providing exceptional customer service to guests, handling all inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in person in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding products and services
Maintain customer records by updating account information on POS
Potential opportunity to train others
Identify and escalate priority issues
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Multilingual capabilities are advantageous
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Proven customer service experience with the ability to analyze customer needs and offer solutions
Ability to upsell products or services to increase revenue
Engagement during in-office meetings and training sessions
