I have a restaurant/bar in Brooklyn, with a full kitchen, and prep area. It seats roughly 30 people, and has a very successful following. My background is in music, cocktails, and mixology. I am looking for someone to take over our kitchen, pay a MINIMAL RENT and keep all profits and proceeds from food.
This is the perfect situation for a chef who has always wanted their own kitchen to launch a concept but does not have the capital to rent/lease a space, or perhaps you have a food truck and concept you want to extend into a sit down.
Again I am looking for someone to take over, the kitchen PAY ME RENT and keep their profit
1. We will provide all A rating level cleanliness when it comes to servicing equipment, hood vent, grease, refrigeration
2. We will provide all maintenance and make sure all cooking equipment is in working order
3. We provide FOH staff to serve, run plates, sell, menu, etc
YOU WILL
1. Pay a small reasonable rent so we can cover gas, electric, and water
2. Pay for your own staff and labor
3. Pay for your own inventory and cost of goods
Together we will operate a dinner menu, late night menu, and work large parties. You can feel free to run catering, and delivery services out of the kitchen.
