Job Description:
As a cashier at Sweet Chick, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience by providing excellent customer service, efficiently processing transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and assist them with their orders.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and promotions.
- Answer customer questions and provide information about the restaurant's offerings.
- Ensure cleanliness of the cashier area and dining room, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist with other tasks as needed, including seating guests, packing orders for takeout, and helping with food preparation when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cashier or Server in a Restaurant or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for food and hospitality is a plus!
