Sushi chef / line cook

Kinoko is a Greenpoint (BK) restaurant with a focus on Japanese cuisine with a Cajun flair. The menu changes seasonally and we also serve a variety of vegan sushi / dishes. We are a small but fun and mighty team that is looking for a sushi chef that will eventually be cross trained to also support the hot line. There is room to grow internally with our events team, which you would receive a higher hourly rate on event days!
