We have been voted Brooklyn's best smoothies and offer a variety of healthy, vegan, and gluten free options as well as a full service ice cream shop. We are seeking an experienced team member that has a strong a work ethic, great communication skills, and attention to detail. We prefer individuals with food service experience that know how to interact with customers, prepare orders, and keep a clean workspace, however we can train a fast learner that is highly motivated.
The most important qualifications you should have is an infectious positive attitude, a passion for food and service, and a willingness to share our mission and grow. Since we all work together as a team we share responsibilities and all tips, and everybody gets a shift meal at no cost.
All training is paid and employees start at $17-20/hr (depending on experience) plus tips and we offer bi-annual raises and yearly bonuses. All staff members get a free meal daily and paid breaks. We prefer full time applicants but also offer part time schedules. Please have weekend, holiday, and evening availability. Food handlers card holders are a big plus and start at a higher wage.
