POSITION REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
The position entails daily mise-en-place, managing and executing a station during service a few days of the week, running the pass when the chef is away, managing the team, ordering, and practicing proper food storage and food handling skills
Help with new menu changes
Assisting with setting up and stocking kitchen stations
Must be able to comply with all health and safety standards
Team leadership
Strong communication skills
Cultural awareness and sensitivity
Ability to foster a positive work environment
