We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our commissary team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can bring fresh energy and new ideas to a fast-moving, busy kitchen that prides itself on being respectful and hardworking.

We are a high-end catering company based in Long Island City, NY. Our focus is on producing exceptional events, most of which take place Monday through Friday. Weekend work is rare, though during peak seasons you may be scheduled for additional shifts. We pride ourselves on delivering the same level of quality, creativity, and service as a fine dining restaurant, tailored to the unique needs of each client event.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–3 years of high-end restaurant experience (fine dining or luxury catering preferred).
- Strong technical skills with the ability to take direction and execute at a high standard.
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can adapt as needed.
- A team player eager to grow and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen.
SCHEDULE + EXPECTATIONS
- Monday through Friday schedule with occasional weekend shifts.
- During peak season, availability for 6 days a week is expected.
- Flexibility and a “go with the flow” mindset are essential.
