Floor Manager Responsibilities
Customer Service-
-Ensure every customer is greeted properly
-Ensure food quality is up to Blue Ribbon Standards .
-Make sure staff is in clean proper uniform daily.
HR and Admin-
-Help train new staff on proper procedure
-Scheduling, using Hot Schedules
-Making sure the store is properly staffed for the day/night. Adjusting to what is needed for that day.
-All write ups are followed through with and completed
-Entering invoices into Plate IQ
-Conduct monthly alcohol counts
Food Service -
-Work with and support the shift supervisors and managers to maintain excellent service and food quality.
-Maintain and organized, positive workplace
-Make sure that all stations and store including the basement meet Health Inspection standards.
-Make sure that the shift supervisors all work on doing the monthly inspection reports.
-Help with ordering for the store, making sure we are properly stocked and do not run out of anything.Control food costs
Must have food handlers
Bilingual a plus
Pay TBD
