We are a neighborhood restaurant focused on quality and creating an inviting and relaxed environment. We will be serving natural wine, simple cocktails, and southern European food. BOH is run by alums of Roebling Tea Room, River Styx, Metrograph, and Kismet (Los Angeles). General Manager is ex-Roebling Tea Room, Lilia, and Frenchette. Our opening date will be June 20th.
Please apply if you have experience serving in fine dining restaurants and are confident in your food, wine, and cocktail knowledge. We are looking for someone who is very detail oriented, enjoys a fast paced service environment, and is capable of every aspect of FOH responsibilities while maintaining clear communication with BOH staff.
Physical Requirements:
Able to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours) and work in a multiple level building - indoor and outdoor.
Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver items that may weigh up to 30 pounds.
