Two time James Beard nominated Chef Brian Lewis and his hospitality team at OKO Rye, NY are looking for the position of Server and Busser for PT or FT positions for the right candidate. Experience needed in fast paced environments.
Hiring immediately for:
Server (minimum 2 + years experience as a server )
Server duties include:
Suggest menu items, upsell beverages, understand dietary restrictions of our guests, opening and closing side work, run food and drinks, work under pressure in a fast pace environment
Busser / Support Staff (minimum 1 year experience as a busser)
Busser duties include:
Act as server assistant by bussing dishes, clearing tables, setting tables and restocking items and helping guests.
Makes sure silverware, flatware, glasswareare available to all staff
Serves water to guests
Serves food to guests and identifies items efficiently
Opening and closing sidework
