Looking for a passionate and experienced Part time FOH Supervisor for Kubeh Restaurant. With potential for growth and additional server shifts for the right candidate.

Kubeh, is a restaurant in the West Village, Manhattan, that celebrates authentic dishes from Israel, Iraq, Iran, Syria and Kurdistan in a 50 seat full service restaurant setting with 17-seat bar and 30 seat outdoor cafe. Kubeh focuses on shared small plates including kubeh, the namesake, a Middle Eastern thick dumpling that's filled with meat, fish, or vegetables and then fried or boiled in a soup. Middle Eastern inspired cocktails and Mediterranean wines are paired with dishes. Kubeh is looking for a passionate Part Time Supervisor to join our team. This position is great for someone who has some management experience in a similar establishment and loves to lead. As Supervisor you will:

- Manage all FOH operations during shift, including bar, coffee and take-out counter.

- Manage staff during shift.

- Host and oversee reservations.

- Manage guest experience so it's always up to Kubeh standard.

- Act as liaison between BOH and FOH during shift.

- Hands on with all positions as needed.

- Work closely with owners and the General Manager and take on various administrative duties.

- Oversee continued training of staff in all areas

- Oversee bar inventory

About You

- Minimum of 3 years FOH experience in NY restaurant industry

- Passionate about high quality service in an informal environment

- Passionate about cultivating employees at all levels within the restaurant

- Great knowledge of wine, beer and liquor and eager to train and teach the staff

- You have excellent communication skills and can lead a staff

- Work well under pressure - you live for challenge and change!

- You have a great sense of humor and know how to be a team player.

- You have bartending and hosting knowledge/experience.
