- 2+ Years Fine Dining NYC Experience
- Strong Communication Skills-In Person and Over the Phone
- Fluent in Verbal and Written English
- Should be able to work well under pressure, think fast on their feet and possess great multi-tasking abilities.
- Day and Evening Shifts Available
- Full-time
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make, adjust, and cancel customer reservations
- Greet customers and guide them to their tables
- Answer customer questions regarding food, drinks, and specials
- Resolve customer complaints or disputes
- Manage waitstaff to ensure efficient and excellent service throughout a given seating
