Fritz, is a 1920s Berlin-inspired cocktail bar in Fort Greene. Created by Ayana and Tobias, the German couple behind the popular Black Forest Brooklyn restaurants. Our expertly crafted cocktail menu is fun, tasty, and beautiful to look at. Cocktail knowledge is a must. Part time with potential to be full time. Comfortable explaining craft cocktails and the classics. Work in tandem with Captain/head bartender to set up and provide seamless service. Strong communication skills. A teachable mentality and eager to learn a big plus.

Teamwork is everything to us. Everyone is cross-trained to understand best what teammates are doing. We believe this way we have the happiest and most effective team.

We are looking to hire an experienced friendly server and host with the following qualities but not limited to:

- Being very self-driven & motivated. Sense of urgency is a must.

- Can arrive to work in a great mood, on time every day

-Understands the necessity of the basic steps of service and hospitality

- Can use daily checklists

- Has experience with high volume service in NYC

- Has experience anticipating guests' needs before they arise

- Can communicate effectively in English

- Is legal to work in the U.S.

Required Skills:

-Experience with Toast/Resy a Plus

-Service Standards

-Classic Spirits/Cocktails Knowledge

-Wine Knowledge

-Guest service and Hospitality
