The dishwasher completes all dishwashing duties as directed and cleans and sanitizes all work areas, including kitchens, food preparation, storage, service and other areas as directed. This person may help order supplies and help keep records and accounts, as well as help prep food. The dishwasher follows safe food handling and service practices.
The runner responsibilities include bringing food to the table, interacting with guests, bussing tables.
This is a dual front of house / back of house role.
