Busy Upper West Side upscale-casual dining 200 seat restaurant seeking experienced FOH Waitstaff (Bussers/Runners) We are seeking team members that are committed to Hospitality and Servicing our guests as well as each other in a high-volume environment. Must be able to work Sunday and Monday
What we are looking for
Busser -
Set tables appropriately to ensure guests have everything needed at each stage of service
Ensure service station areas are organized and maintained
Maintains cleanliness of tables between courses and resets tables upon completion of meal
Assists front-of-house team with other duties as required or assigned
Stock and maintain side stations
Check all silverware for cleanliness, defective pieces
Proper stacking of soiled plates and glasses in the dishroom
Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant
Pre bus tables
Fold napkins
Stock and maintain restrooms
NYC Experience - 2+ years preferred
