We strive to persevere traditions by creating a Japanese-inspired menu placing a strong emphasis on sustainability and indigenous ingredients. Our chef-operating partner, carefully sources ingredients to compose our seasonally influenced menu.

POSITION sought to be filled immediately are as follows:
"PREP COOK/ KITCHEN HELPER".
- Minimum 1-year kitchen experience. Garde Manger and/or Line Cook experience.
- The ability to learn and grow.
- Experience with grill/ fry & oven dishes.
PRIOR JAPANESE RESTAURANT EXPERIENCES WILL BE HIGHLY CONSIDERED!
But, WILL TRAIN the RIGHT candidate.
Must be dependable, hard-working, efficient, and have a great way with people - both staff and guests alike!
