Large nonprofit is seeking a Retail Manager to work in their offices/ stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all training and development of the team, empower employees to work together to reach goals.
Candidate will be responsible for creation of work plans to ensure operational goals, handling all hiring, on-boarding, and training of employees and volunteers. Also conduct promotions and timely markdowns to include events and seasonal promotions.
Additionally, candidate will implement customer service programs to staff, including greeting, explaining policies and attending to customers in timely matter.
Candidate must have strong MS Office Suite and HS Diploma or the equivalent, College Degree preferred.
Pay 21-24/hr.
