What You’ll Be Doing:

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Manage and train front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service efficiency.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company standards.

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.

Prepare and manage budgets, including controlling labor costs and food waste.

Work closely with the kitchen and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth communication and service.

Coordinate special events and promotions to increase sales.

Foster a positive work environment and motivate staff to perform at their best.
