Responsibilities:
Maintain facilities to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
Train and hold staff accountable to uphold our high standards of service and quality.
Demonstrate a strong presence on the floor, engaging with guests and staff alike.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
Exhibit a genuine passion for food and service excellence.
Uphold rigorous service standards and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
Pay meticulous attention to detail, even in fast-paced environments.
Efficiently multitask and lead by example in a demanding atmosphere.
Possess excellent verbal communication skills and flexibility with scheduling.
Basic proficiency in Word and Excel for administrative tasks.
