Responsibilities
Greet customers as they enter
Punctual ( coming in to work 5 minutes before your scheduled shift)-A cheerful and outgoing personality
-Take orders while paying attention to details
Prepare beverages and food items following recipes
- Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
- Keep all areas of the cafe clean, and strictly follow all opening and closing procedures
- Maintain stock and rotate properly
- Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
- Comply with health and safety regulations
Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
- A sincere desire to serve guests.
- Organized and can multi-task.
-Friendly, Kind, Courteous, and respectful to customers and fellow staff
Ability to work well alone and on a team
-Familiarity with coffee & espresso drinks
Skills
- Previous work experience as a Barista is a plus
- Food Handler's License is a plus
- Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Ability to gauge customers’ preferences
Excellent communication skills
High school diploma; relevant training is a plus
-Great customer service and inter personal skills
-Fluent in Spanish and English is a plus
-Knowledgeable in Cuban Food and Culture is a plus
-Knowledge of coffee and latte art is a plus
-Physically capable of standing on your feet all day for 8-12 hours a day
-Must be mature, responsible and reliable
-Barista experience in a fast paced environment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and good time management
-Must LOVE to keep a clean and tidy workspace.
Willing to train, but person must have a can-do, teachable, Calm and collected attitude.
Line Cook Am / Pm
Responsibilities

Prepare all food items following recipes
- Keep all areas of the Kitchen & cafe clean, and strictly follow all opening and closing procedures
- Maintain stock and rotate properly (FIFO)
- Comply with health and safety regulations (gloves, Sani buckets, Making sure cold food stay below 40 degrees and hot food above 141 degrees
Communicate well with fellow team members & managers
Come up with weekly specials
- A sincere desire to serve guests and passion for cooking
- Organized and can multi-task.
-Friendly, Kind Courteous and respectful to customers and fellow staff
-Keeping Equipment Clean and functioning (lowboy fridge, Slicers, Meat grinder, Blender, ECT.)
Ability to work well alone and on a team
-Setting up Station Making sure everything is fresh and tasting all items
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must work Cool , Calm and Collective Under Pressure
