We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Snack Shop Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and serve customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
Prepare and serve food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks.
Maintain a clean and organized snack shop area, including counters, equipment, and seating areas.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately using the point of sale (POS) system.
Restock shelves and coolers with beverages, snacks, and other items as needed.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management for reordering supplies.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
Provide information about the golf course and answer any customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service, retail, or a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
