Looking for an organized, experienced individual to take the lead on production for 2 restaurants and events.
Responsibilities include:
-Ordering and receiving
-Inventory
-Organization and quality control of all production
-Manage a team of 3
Everything will be in collaboration and in accordance with the direction of the executive chef.
Must be a team player.
5 days a week, mainly daytime hours but night time availability will be required occasionally
Salary 65-75k based on experience
