We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Bakery Porter to join our team. This position is essential for keeping our bakery clean, organized, and running smoothly. As a Bakery Porter, your main duties will involve assisting in keeping the bakery environment tidy and maintaining a clean and safe space for our team and customers.
Responsibilities:
Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors in the bakery and storage areas.
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and workstations.
Wash dishes, trays, and utensils used by the bakery team.
Take out trash and recycling as needed.
Assist with general cleaning tasks, such as wiping down surfaces, windows, and shelves.
Restock supplies and assist in maintaining inventory.
Ensure health and safety standards are met in all areas of the bakery.
Qualifications:
Previous cleaning or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work efficiently and follow cleaning protocols.
Must be dependable and able to work early mornings, nights, and weekends.
Team player with a positive attitude.
