Manhattan based Italian Restaurant looking for Pasta Cook
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 2+ years cooking experience: a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook
- Knowledge of Kitchen safety, Italian Cuisine, and all NYS Food Protection and Safety guidelines
- Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
-Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
- Familiar with industry best practices
Salary: 60K
