We operate a boutique hotel located in Downtown Manhattan. We are a small property with only 43 guest rooms.
We are seeking for a self-motivated individual, who wants to start and advance his or her career in hospitality, to join our team! The perfect candidates will be able to work effectively and efficiently to handle the duties of position. Initial training will be given during the first week and the candidate will be expected to work independently going forward. There will be future performance reviews within the first 90 days of employment. Looking to fill the overnight shift. Must be able to work overnight.
Job Responsibilities:
- Check out miscellaneous supplies to guests as needed
- Answer phone calls
- Coordinate cleaning with housekeeping staff
- Monitor various cameras throughout the building
- Make additional guest keys
- Provide concierge service
- Welcome guests and members upon their arrival
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Monitor the hotel’s Property Management System
- Be able to respond to emergencies
- Bilingual - English and Spanish (This is not required but preferred)
- Job Type: Full Time, with a mixture of morning, evening and overnight shifts (6AM-2PM; 2PM-10PM; 10PM-6AM) Part Time applicants will be considered.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum of ONE YEAR experience in either Hospitality front desk or customer service experience is a MUST.
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday shifts
- Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Weekend availability

Salary: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
