Pasta Louise in Park Slope is hiring! We're seeking EXPERIENCED BUSSERS!
Pasta Louise is a fresh pasta spot one block from Prospect Park on a tree-lined street in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
Fresh pasta, seasonal sauces, inventive sides, salads, beer, wine and a unique cocktail program It's become a neighborhood gem where guests come to relax, eat good food, catch up with friends, and take a break from everyday life.
If you have hustle, a positive attitude and strong bussing/food running experience in a high volume, fast paced restaurant, we want to hear from you!
You'll be working in a team environment, where everyone helps where and when it's needed, and where we respect and listen to one another. We have a PART TIME positions available.
Duties Include:
Stocking materials to insure seamless lunch/dinner service
Maintaining guest water station
Assist Servers in the pre-bussing and turning of tables
Assist in the expediting and running of food
Resetting tables and arranging tables throughout each shift as the host needs
Help maintain cleanliness of garbage area
Assist Front of house with breaking down restaurant floor at close of service
Running side work such as polishing silverware and trash removal
Nightly Sweeping, mopping and removal of garbage
