We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Bar Manager (one day a week to start) to join our team. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
Staff Management:
Assist bartenders and other bar staff with tasks as needed.
Provide guidance and support to team members.
Closing Procedures:
Oversee the closing process, including cash handling, inventory, and security procedures.
Accurately complete end-of-night paperwork and reports.
