Resumen de trabajo
Prepare pedidos al por mayor y téngalos listos a las 6:30 am. Preparar los pedidos de los clientes de manera oportuna. Evalúe la calidad y frescura de los ingredientes cada mañana. Siga recetas para medir ingredientes, mezclar masa, aderezos y salsas, hornear/cocinar productos a la temperatura correcta, retirarlos del fuego en el momento adecuado, agregar glaseados y colocar cada tipo de pan y masa en el exhibidor o paquete correcto. . Cada tarde hay que rellenar la estación y dejarla lista para la mañana siguiente.

Job Summary
Prepare wholesale orders and have them ready by 6:30 am. Prepare customer orders in a timely manner. Assess the quality and freshness of ingredients each morning. Follow recipes to measure ingredients, mix dough, dressings, and sauces, bake/cook products at the correct temperature, remove them from the heat at the appropriate time, add glazes, and place each type of bread and pastry in the correct display or package. Every afternoon the station has to be refilled and ready for the next morning.
