The Roxy Hotel is seeking an experienced Oyster Shucker/Line Cook to join our culinary team. Candidates must be able to provide fast, accurate shucking of oysters.
Requirements:
Must be available to work weekend evenings
Candidates should have proof of culinary education and/or certificate
Must have Food Handlers Certification from NY State
Ability to work at a fast, yet controlled pace while cooking
At least 2 years experience in a fully operating kitchen of credibility
Must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively to all team members
