Experienced Restaurant Bartenders and servers needed for established restaurant, located in the trendy Williamsburg neighborhood in Brooklyn, NY.

PART TIME/DAY/NIGHT TIME POSITION

We are looking for bartenders and servers who can take and deliver orders with a polite and friendly attitude, while quick on their feet.

Prospective hires should be available to start immediately once fully trained

You would be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences.

All candidates must have at least 2+ year(s) experience and knowledge of the POS Software platform.

Job Responsibilities include:

Prepare restaurant bar/tables with special attention to cleanliness and safety

Must be able to stand for an 8 - 10 hour shift and lift up to 25 lbs.

Attend to customers upon entrance

Capable of delivering consistent high quality customer service

Answering phone and taking phone orders

Excellent people skills with friendly attitude

Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.

Must be able to deal with complaints or problems with a positive and customer oriented approach

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong task and time management abilities.

Develop an efficient work pace to keep customers at both the bar and dining room satisfied at all times

Presenting restaurant menus and providing customers with knowledgeable menu advice on selecting food and/or beverages

Taking and serving orders

Issue bills and accept payments

Maintaining an accurate cash drawer throughout the day

Collaborate with other staff members

Maintaining a safe environment by identifying problem clients

Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol.

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Basic math and computer skills.

Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.

Must speak English and Spanish fluently

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Bartenders must be familiar in a wide variety of drink recipesand will be responsible for serving patrons, both drinks and food, in the front bar area, as well as, fulfilling drink orders for dining room patrons.
