Italian Restaurant is looking for an office administrator

Job Summary:

To oversee the function of the office, providing continuous support to the staff and administration. General duties include, but not limited to typing, faxing, and filing.

Report to: CEO, Executive of Operations.

Skills:

Excellent communication and listening skills

Good customer service skills

Good organizational and prioritization skills

Microsoft Office software skills

Able to determine and recommend solutions to problem areas

Must recognize, retain, and preserve confidential information

Knowledge and experience working with general office equipment (phones, copier, & fax, scanner).

must have knowledge of common office software such a QuickBooks, management schedules and paperwork.

must be able to speak clearly over the phone and in person to communicate with both colleagues and clients.

Office Responsibilities:

Answers each phone call in a friendly, upbeat and professional manner.

Maintains all of the restaurant filing and office/cashier supplies

You will be responsible for running reports, scheduling, and managing policy/procedural paperwork. This position is best fit for an energetic, team player that is looking to grow within the hospitality industry.

Experience Requirements:

Restaurant experience.

Two years of office assistant experience.
