Night Shift Chef (Catering & High-Volume Cooking Experience Required)
We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Chef to join our team for the night shift.
Position: Chef (Night Shift)
Schedule: Night hours (exact times to be discussed)
Location: Midwood, Brooklyn
Requirements:
-Experience in catering and cooking for large groups
-Ability to handle high-volume food production
-Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen procedures
-Reliability and ability to work independently at night
-Team player with good organizational skills
Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook meals in bulk quantities
-Follow established recipes and portion guidelines
-Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
-Work efficiently during night hours to meet production goals
