POSITION: NIGHTTIME PASTRY Cook
Amy’s Bread has two immediate opening for night pastry cooks.
There is a Full/Parttime position available, must work weekends (shift to start at 6:00pm until 2:00 am)
As a Pastry Cook at Amy’s Bread, you will join a passionate and dynamic team, focused on food quality and food safety.
Primary responsibilities include baking breakfast sweets for Amy’s Bread retail stores and our wholesale accounts. If you love baking muffins, scones, croissants, Danish, sticky buns, biscuits, this is the job for you.
The ideal candidate must be able to work alone with little supervision. Good hand skills, careful attention to detail, and good command of English are a requirement. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Ability to follow recipes as they are written, willingness to take direction, and accept constructive criticism is a must. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high food quality standards. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
1 – 2 years of professional baking/kitchen experience or culinary training is preferred.
